One of Africa's most respected president and statesman, President Paul Kagame will share his story of success and interact with young Nigerian Professionals on the 10th of November, at the Civic Center in Lagos. Time is 9am. Admission is free. The President of Rwanda, His Excellency, Paul Kagame was on monday October 29th, honored by the Miss University Africa organization as the African personality for peace 2012.The award which was presented at the president's office in Kigali was as a result of an online voting set up by the MUAO with president Kagame scoring the highest vote on the continent out of the shortlisted candidates.

The delegation to Rwanda was led by the president of MUAO along with the Executive vice president Barr. Mrs. Tolulope Nazzal, Amb. Queen Rorisang Molefe, Miss University Africa 2012, Mr. Soni Irabor, Chairman Ruyi communications, Her Excellency Yemisi Suswam, First lady of Benue state, Mr. Timothy Atobatele, Head of Media, Miss University Africa organization. The Rwandan High commissioner to Nigeria, His Excellency Joseph Habineza accompanied the delegation to the Republic of Rwanda.

Accepting the award, President Kagame expressed his gratitude and told Miss University Africa: President Kagame expressed his appreciation to all Africans that voted for him to have such honour. He also commended the Miss University Africa Organization for a laudable concept by organizing a non bikini pageant on the continent and creating a platform for good morals and decent dress sense. “We want to look at Africa as our bigger family. The youths must take responsibility for themselves and for each other. Let everyone join in the fight to elevate Africa to the level it should be. It all starts in the mind.

We must first define ourselves…you must strive to be yourself and work to become a better version of yourself but not somebody else.” Amb. The much talk about Miss University Africa 2012 came to a close on Saturday August 11th, 2012 at the prestigious Best Western hotel Benin City, Edo state with 40 finalists with Miss University Lesotho, 18 years old Rorisang Molefe, emerging the winner infront of a packed audience

with top dignitaries and government officials attending. The guests list includes: His Excellency, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, The Executive Governor of Edo State, His Royal Highness, Prince Ehenede Erediauwa, The crown prince of Benin Kingdom Foreign Ambassadors accredited to Nigeria, Ministers of Foreign governments etc. His Excellency, Comrade Adams oshiomhole, the Executive Governor of Edo State and His Royal Highness Prince Ehenede Erediauwa, the crown prince of Benin Kingdom, with Amb.
